In January 2019, I began to look seriously at my health. I made changes to my diet and started moving my body and lost 70 pounds. But. with all of the diets out there, I found myself feeling like a ping pong ball switching back and forth on various programs that left me hungry, sad, and disappointed. I was starting to feel mentally, physically, and emotionally drained. Are you asking yourself the same questions I did?
“Will I be on a DIET for the rest of my life?”
“Are CARBS really that bad?”
“Do I have to give up everything I love?”
“Why can’t I just eat normally?”
“Will I be like the statistics and gain all of my weight back?”

“How can I prepare meals that the whole family will enjoy, even my pickier eaters?”
“Where do I find the time to exercise and get healthy?”
Thankfully, in 2021, I discovered the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and became a Certified Health Coach to learn more about nutrition to help me answer my questions and help my family. I wanted to be free of the “dieting” mentality that held me in bondage. I wanted to discover what it truly meant to live a happy, healthier lifestyle.
Seeing the changes in myself and my children, I knew I wanted to share this information with others.
Going L.E.A.N. which stands for Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition, was one of the easiest transitions my family has ever made, and I am passionate about sharing these life-changing tools and information with you and your family as well!
